My Traditional Culture Experiences
On May 19, our school organized some fantastical activities to celebrate the China Tourism Day.
In the morning, We visited Shenzhen Museum to learn about the traditional of Shenzhen and I learned the history of the city, which broaden my horizons. At noon, We made some Shenzhen TangYuan together, which is a traditional cuisine, and it is a symbol of family to get together and also expresses people's desire for a better life. In the afternoon, We watched a Yingge dance performance, which made us understand people’s pursuit of auspiciousness and peace.
Whether the Shenzhen Museum's tour, making Shenzhen TangYuan or Yingge dance performance all showed the richness and colorful traditional culture activities of Shenzhen, which also allowed me to learn more about Shenzhen's traditional culture. I am eagerly looking forward to the next year’s China Tourism Day.
