It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

There is no doubt that people to join different adventures significantlly, no matter what situation people are stay in. I believe that the positive effects it brings outweigh the negative.
On the one hand, even though people may argue that if people want to take risks, this behaviour will bring a lot of problems and broke the stabilization, but a number of people still willing to do. This is because at begaing nobody kown what we will gain from it, so they need to try, to accept the uncertainty, than they will get the beneifit form it. For example, if the general public attempt to face unknow matters, although residents don't get acheivement they still will get a lot of special experience from it. As a result they own engough confidence to face different problems and situations, and lean different sliks to develop themselves, it will improve their life become more smoothly.
On the other hand, inhabitants will spend a lot of energy to face this risks, it will enhance their logic and healthy. When we meet it, we need do some plants and to think which way we can get the benificial and avoid danger. It will consume person vim, and require individual have clear logic and powerful mentality. A good example of this is a leader need to do a decision that about whethere to join other field,it will wide the road of future fo accompany. As result this learder practice the mind and do a lot of sport to keep full of energy, in future, he get higher rank and salary.
overall, people need to take risks to get better life and statue, whatever it will bring some downsides, we still can get good aspect from it.
