People have different vews about the person who study a lot of profession skills from a country whether should stay in same place to work. In my opinion, the specialized person they can made any decisions, even they want to work in other countres.
On the one hand, the local residents argue about to limit free of expert in various fileds, definitely, It will bring a lot of benifits for them, however it can't enhance skill of expert. If people live in familiar place to work, they can get a lot convinent from thier teacher, leader and boss, and they make a kinds of social benifits bake to indigenous people. For instance, in china, there are a various students that come from different countries, the government will give them some support, like they can find a high level salary job sommothly, thier teacher will help them to do futher study. But they always have a comfortable atomospher, then, some individuals don't want to exercise themselve. In the end, For a country, the development can't acheive a positive direction.
On the other hand, for thoes who working in foreign. They may find a interesting work rather than a sutiable work, they will make differnt friends, face a kinds of chanllanges in unkown space. For people they need to continue to get the frash news, informations and skills that they can improve thier craft. Furthermore, they can earn more moeny in other place. Like, working in India, people earn lower salary than in America.
In conclusion, Although the specialist can gain a familiar environment to work, if they stay at the place which study profession thenical in. I believe if they do a choice for free, whether work in famliar place, they will get more benifits from it.
