However, proponents argue that despite their willingness, the elderly physical decline associated with aging cannot be ignored. High-intensity works, such as nursing or construction, demand stamina that many seniors no longer posses. Furthermore, there is the challenge of digital device. The elderly often lag behind in adapting to rapid technological advancement.
