Some people think that good health is a basic human need, so medical services should be run profit-making companies. Do the advantages of private healthcare outweigh disadvantages.

Some individuals believe that accessing healthcare is a basic human right, so healthcare system should be processed by profit-based industries. Personally, I argue that disadvantages are overweight advantages on this statement
It is true that the private hospital provides health services effectively and efficiency. In order to keep client, many profit-making companies provide faster and high-quality services to their clients. To be more specific, those who are suffering from health conditions only have to wait for a short time for surgeries and citizens can make an appointment with upgrade doctors easily. This way, by reducing waiting time, individuals can access health services rapidly and get treatment on time. Consequently, profit-based companies statisfy the needs of patients.
However, I argue that the shortcomings of medical services running by private enterprises are over advantages. The primary reason is that low-income households will be exclusive from accessing healthcare. Some people who are struggling financially do not have enough money to visit a doctor, leading to deteriorate in health situations. Compared to wealthy individuals who have enough finance to access medical care but not the poor, this phenomenon indicates the issue of social inequality and against the principle of human rights. Furthermore, as more private facilities attract medical professionals with higher salaries, public healthcare system will loss talents. This leads to resources and service qualities reducing and worse reputation of public hospital. Therefore, minor group of individuals fail to get high-standard medical treatment.
In conclusion, although medical services running by private companies can greatly provide better medical services to individuals, it would be a negative idea for many low-income families and the public hospital system. In order to facilitate the equality of the society, free medical services should be provided for citizens.
