For generations, Chinese medical teams have served from Tanzania to Kenya, Morocco and beyond, fighting malaria and aiding local development. A doctor’s diary tells of a mother who, after her child was saved, walked for days to bring him a precious egg. This profound moment reveals the core truth: authentic love for the people begets authentic support and heartfelt allegiance.This is the ultimate, enduring source of strength.
This principle is not distant, it also lives in the fabric of our lives and our nation's actions. Following the tragic Mekong River incident in 2011, China has launched joint patrols to safeguard international shipping security, combat cross-border crime, and protect the lives of riverside residents. My father, a border police officer, was part of that first, pivotal护航 mission. For weeks on those unfamiliar waters, their vigilance was a shield for ordinary merchants and families.My father's direct participation in that护航 operation serves as a profound testament — a perpetual reminder that true benevolence forges immortality. When one dedicates oneself to the security of communities connected by shared waters and common destiny, the individual will merges with the collective purpose, coalescing into an unconquerable force capable of withstanding any storm.
History echoes this. From Jiao Yulu’s fight against desertification to Zhang Guimei’s commitment to rural girls’ dreams, they personify the Communist Party’s enduring benevolent for the people.
