The number of students choosing employment decreased from 68.1% in 2013 to 60.7% in 2018. Meanwhile, the proportion of students choosing to pursue further education has increased from 26.3% in 2013 to 34% in 2018. And more and more students set up their own bussiness.

The phenomenon can be attributed to the following reasons. First of all, with the increasing number of college graduates, the competition in the job market is becoming fierce.Thus some students don't choose to go to work directly aftergraduation. Furthermore, some positions' recruitment requirements have become higher,which forces students to pursue further education in order to meet the requirements. Last but not least, there are better ppolicy conditions to encourage everyone to set up their own business,

All in all, nowdays students have more ideas and plans. Their career plans after graduation also have become more diverse.
