The issue of whether to hire younger employee or elder veterans has sparked a heated debate. Given that the significance of atmosphere in companies cannot be overstated, it is advisable to hire younger workers. Younger people are more energetic and creative for the reason that they have not been negatively affected by harsh frustrations. Consequently, they have more potential abilities and intrinsic preference to be explored.
