Richard’s dogs had been playing in the field and eventually came up to him. He ran around Richard in circles,barked and gently touched him with his nose,looking confused.Just then,he seemed to notice that his master’s left leg was in a weird angle.With one hand supporting his body, Richard managed to pat his dog’s head,”Would you mind helping me a bit?”To Richard’s surprise,his dog started trying his best to drag him to the road.With continues effort,they managed to move to the road.Catching sight of a car Richard waved,but it just drove past.Then a second passed by and a third...The day was getting darker and colder,Richard felt desperate,with little hope left.However,gleams of day light remained-Richard saw the seventh car.He waved again,this time the car stopped,the owner came off and asked if Richard needed help.Richard nearly bust into tears with the pure joy of being saved.He hugged his dog tightly,thanking both the driver and his dog.Light from the setting sun shone on them making this moment warm and touching.
